The iPhone 16 in gold has been launched at a price that is astonishing.

Apple recently released the iPhone 16 series, which has captured the hearts of Apple enthusiasts. However, have you ever considered owning a gold-plated iPhone 16 Pro Max? Caviar, a well-known company for transforming technological devices into luxurious items, unveiled its latest offering: a limited edition of iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models adorned with gold. Despite their grandeur, these exclusive phones come with a staggering price tag of R $ 350,000.

iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max with gold plating

Caviar introduced six versions of iPhones 16 Pro and Pro Max, which are identical to the latest Apple models but feature a luxurious touch – a layer of 18 or 24-carat gold. Despite having the same features as regular iPhones, the custom gold and other precious materials significantly increase the value of these devices to very high levels.

Symphony Version

The Symphony edition, featuring a gold-plated “titanium-desert” colored finish, is distinctive among the various versions. Its frame design draws inspiration from the Archimedes spiral, enhancing the device’s sophistication and individuality.

The prices of Symphony versions vary from $10,630 to $61,270 for the 24-carat gold model and $340,000 for the 18-carat gold version.

Paramount Version

The Paramount edition is influenced by the Art Deco movement of the 1920s and 1930s, featuring a black titanium frame with gold accents in 18k and 24k variants. The 24k gold model starts at around R$ 50,000, while the 18k version can cost up to US$ 58,130, approximately R$ 323,000. Despite being a more budget-friendly luxury choice, the Paramount edition remains a lavish emblem.

Duomo version

The priciest and most luxurious version is Duomo, which draws inspiration from Gothic architecture. Featuring white gold accents and a silver coating, the design presents the Apple logo as though it were mirrored in a cathedral. The 18-carat gold variant is priced at $62,740, around R$ 348 thousand, making it the costliest in the range. Caviar has limited production to just 99 units of each model to ensure exclusivity, making them sought-after collector’s items coveted by luxury enthusiasts.
