Kingston recently introduced the NV3 SSD, a fresh range of storage drives designed to enhance desktop and laptop performance. Replacing the well-received NV2 series from 2022, the NV3 offers notable enhancements like significantly faster read and write speeds, made possible by its support for PCIe 4.0 technology.

The NV3 SSD is offered in various capacities, from 500 GB to 4 TB, and uses the M.2 2280 format, ensuring compatibility with a range of devices. Its standout feature is the NVMe Gen 4×4 controller, enabling read speeds up to 6,000 MB/s and write speeds up to 5,000 MB/s, depending on the capacity selected.
The NV3 SSD provides both speed and durability, with the 4 TB version capable of handling up to 1,280 terabytes written over its lifetime. Kingston also offers a free one-year subscription to Acronis True Image for Kingston software and Kingston SSD Manager, which assists with data backup and drive monitoring tasks.
Keith Schimmenti, the business manager of Kingston SSD, explains that NV3 provides a great balance of speed and dependability, catering to both casual users and those seeking good value. Kingston also offers the more high-performance FURY line for a more demanding audience.
Price and stock status
NV3 is currently available for import at the official Kingston store in Brazil, despite official prices not being announced yet.
